I have been married to my husband, Chris, for over six years and am a proud boy mom to Eli (16), Max (14), and Abram (10). I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Sport Studies from Miami University of Ohio and completed my dietetic internship at the IU School of Medicine. Most recently, I received my functional nutrition certification from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
